We are a “Fee-for-Service” practice and “NOT” a provider for Medical, Medicaid, HMO or DMO, and we are not contracted with any PPO plans. If you do have PPO dental insurance, we will file your dental claim on your behalf as a courtesy and have the insurance reimburse you directly.
Payment is collected at the time of bookings; warm and gentle dental will make every effort to accommodate your preferred method of payment over the phone, via invoice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Venmo or Zelle.
